At long last ... I am open again in my new look shop !
Things are not quite the way they used to be though, but here is a little bit of blurb about the way things will need to be from now on.
Hi guys !! **LONG POST ALERT ... PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ**I am excited to announce that I am officially reopening tomorrow morning at 10.30 .... woo hoo !**I'LL BE BACK TO MY REGULAR OPENING HOURS OF TUES - SAT ; 10.30 TILL 4.30PM (CLOSED FOR LUNCH AND CLEANING 1-1.30)**
I know that a lot of people are still nervous about being amongst others in shops, but that's OK .... you can still buy anything you see on my page via private message ;)
For those who wish to visit in person, there are a few new things to bare in mind
** Entry is now via a doorbell system. Upon arrival, please use the shiny new doorbell and either myself or Kim will answer.
** Visitors are now restricted to either 1 individual or 1 small (up to 3) household group.** Please respect the government social distancing guidelines
** If the shop is empty, you can come in straight away. If we already have a customer in the shop, then we will kindly ask that you either wait in the courtyard or (even better) take a stroll around a few more of Leek's lovely little shops
** Hand sanitiser units are provided so that you can wash your hands before entering.** I know sometimes it's essential, but we respectfully ask that you do not handle the goods unless you are seriously interested in purchasing.
** Handled goods will be sanitised before being put back on display.
** Face coverings are recommended in enclosed spaces, but they are not mandatory. I am more than happy for you to wear your face covering in the shop ... I won't be at all offended ;)
** I have a full face PPE visor which I will wear every time a customer enters the shop.
** I prefer contactless payment via my bluetooth card reader, but I will accept cash and sanitise it before putting it in the till.
** Finally .... if you do feel at all unwell, then can I respectfully ask you to stay home until you feel better ... #bealocalhero and keep everybody safe
I think that's it .... I know things will seem strange for a while, but I do hope that we can soon get used to this new normal and get back to enjoying seeing real, 3D people again :)
